Roger's new animated short comes to a crashing halt--or lack thereof! A cartoon vase named Vahse refuses his cue to fall on Roger's head and is something of a diva; Roger recommended the fellow and now he's in hot water! production takes a break, so Roger and Vahse Trying to return to the rabbit household only to meet his friend and frequent detective partner, Rick Flint, Who claims that the studio head has seen a number of small items disappearing from around the studio. meanwhile, Vahse appears to be kidnapped by two strange men, brought to actress Monica Crock In an attempt to retrieve her beloved vase. Unfortunately, it's a stand in vase painted to look exactly like Vahse; the real one is having lunch with Jessica Rabbit! The stand in is dumped unceremoniously in a back alley where he manages to recover his shape enough to warn everyone of the danger that lies before Vahse. Before Rick and studio head Maroon can warn Vahse, one of the goons kidnap the real Vahse and Roger, putting them together in a storage cabinet with the other missing toon wares. The other goon however is captured thanks to Jessica's acting and Rick retrieving his gun, where they get the information of the mastermind behind the kidnapping! With a quick escape with Roger's help and an assist from Rick, Vahse manages to knock out Crock and save the day! The secondary Toontown story finds Roger attempting to drive Benny the Cab in the annual Toontown Road Rally with wild results! Will they fail, or win by a "hare"?
